excellent buffetsuperstar butlerrelaxing cocktail
The buffet impressed me with its selection and quality , even at 9 PM. Miguel, our butler, was a superstar . I could text him anytime. He always took care of everything. The cocktail service at the pool was also very relaxing.
The seaweed on the beach was a slight negative , but the staff tried to clean it daily.

i stayed in a junior suite swim out garden view. it had direct access to a shared pool, it was really convenient. the room has two separate sinks and a rainfall shower worked great. the outdoor jacuzzi was really nice to relax in at night.
the gym only had limited weights so i could not do heavy squats.

The buffet selection was very excellent. I thought the selection was great , and the quality was good. The employees make this resort fantastic. Special shout out to Carlos , he always had our drinks full and refilled every single day.
The beach is awful , they only cleaned the sargassum seaweed and sea grass up twice in the 10 days we were there. I was told that the seaweed is environmentally good for the sand. They never cleaned up garbage on the beach , there were broken bits of sharp plastic and cigarette butts.

Staff members are friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. our butler candido was beyond attentive, meeting every request promptly! roger rodriguez, the waiter at the serenity pool, was also really good.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. Plus elsy left us cute notes after cleaning our room. the romance junior ocean front suite is beautiful. the swim out ocean view rooms are well worth it!
